Why I Created This Agency

My agency was born from a deeply personal journey. My mother, a Licensed Vocational Nurse, spent years working multiple jobs to provide for our family. But after losing her life partner, grief and exhaustion overwhelmed her.

The stress of long shifts took a toll, and during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she vanished—beginning a heartbreaking 5-6 year period of homelessness.

In 2024, by the grace of God, my sister and I found her. I became her caregiver, and in that season of caregiving, I found clarity. I realized how many women—just like my mother—give endlessly to others while putting their own dreams and well-being last.

This is why I started HelloBossLady: to inspire women to reclaim their dreams, support them in building purposeful businesses, and remind them that routine self-care isn’t optional—it’s essential.

My work is a love letter to women who give so much, and a reminder that they deserve to live fully, too.
